Appraisal
Following our initial consultation or in person inspection you receive a comprehensive assessment of your home including an estimate of its value, comparable sold data, and current market trends.

This assessment will also include a preliminary marketing strategy recommendation and either suggestions for minor repairs and maintenance, or a full strategy to help you prepare your home for market.
Market Preparation
Once you've made the decision to sell we use the three P's of real estate, presentation, pricing, and promotion as a framework to develop a tailored plan and strategy for the sale of your home.

This plan is crafted with you to suit your needs and selling timeframe and will give you a clear timeline to guide you as you prepare your home. Helping you stay calm and focussed until your property is on the market.

During this time we also prepare and create all marketing collateral e.g. photographs, video, ad copy and hard copy materials for your property campaign based on the marketing strategy created.
Your Home is On the Market
All market preparation activities are completed and the sales campaign launches and encompasses all the decisions we have made about how your property will be presented, priced, marketed, and sold.

Throughout this period you will be given clear, consistent and accurate information and feedback to ensure a smooth and successful selling experience.
SOLD!
An offer has been successfully negotiated with the terms and conditions that you're satisfied with. We progress to settlement where you continue to receive my support and professional guidance to ensure your home settles in a timely manner.
